A flat renovation at Prague 3

Our design strategy was keeping it in a first republic character. Mainly because of the emotional attachment that our investor carries to their home, situated in Prague 3.

Materials such as terrazzo, oak, and brass have been the key elements of our design concept. The master bedroom carries a gracefully refurbished wooden floor. Meanwhile, new herringbone flooring creates emphasis on the New and the Old. On the other hand, a contrasting royal blue displays classy detail throughout the interior, making anchor points for the eye. And because the human eye loves repeating patterns, a colour creates harmony and balance in the project. 

Then the custom-made furniture decorates the interior with its grand look. The design fuses a modern approach with the style of the previous owner's period.
